Fujian Lilliput Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint
venture company with Canadian OWON Development Inc., founded in
October, 2001. "OWON" is devoted to the research, production and
sale of test and measurement products.



Innovation is the soul of engineering design. Supported by wholly
independent self-innovation, OWON launched the first item-HDS1022M
successfully. We have broken the long-term monopoly of foreign
brands in digital storage oscilloscope technique. Today OWON
products cover a complete range, including handheld DSOs, bench
DSOs and Mixed LA support DSOs.
